ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
一. 总则
世界和平联合会（简称：联合会）是促进世界和平与可持续发展的非政府组织。
l. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The World Peace Federation (abbreviated as: Federation) is a non-governmental organization that promotes world peace and sustainable development.
二. 宗旨
1. 促进社会和谐与世界和平稳定。
2. 探索人类古代文明，研究当代文明，创造未来新秩序文明，努力推动世界文明有序发展。
3. 维护人权与尊严，反对任何形式的战争、暴力与冲突。
4. 促进民族间理解，尊重性别平等，促进文化交流。
5. 弘扬母爱精神，培育世界文化，倡导和平信仰，实现世界和平。
ll. PURPOSE
1. Promote social harmony and world peace and stability.
2. Explore ancient human civilization, study contemporary civilization, create a new order civilization in the future, and strive to promote the orderly development of world civilization.
3. Uphold human rights and dignity, and oppose any form of war, violence and conflict.
4. Promote understanding among nations, respect gender equality, and promote cultural exchanges.

三、组织结构与决策程序
1. 组织结构
联合会会员、会员单位、地方省（州）执行机构、国际分会执行机构、联合会秘书处执行机构、联合会理事会主席团、联合会主席团。
2. 决策程序
1).联合会的决策程序遵循民主、公平、透明的原则。
a.集体讨论：会员集体讨论议题，充分表达观点和意见。
b.投票：根据章程和规章制度，决议通过网络投票提出，决议通常需要2/3的投票才能通过。
c.形成决议：根据投票结果形成决策决议，明确决议的内容、执行人、执行时间等。
2）联合会理事会主席团为最高权力机构，负责审议和决定重大事项，对不涉及会员大会的事项拥有最终解释权和决策权。
3）会员每年总结过去一年的工作和新年计划，并在每次五年计划会议上共同讨论下一个五年计划。

5）决策执行：指定执行人员负责决策的执行，监督决策的执行，收集反馈意见，及时调整优化决策,保证决策的执行。
6）结果公开将决策结果在网上公开，让所有成员了解内容和执行情况。
lll. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND DECISION-MAKING PROCEDURES
1. Organizational structure
Members of the Federation, member units, local provincial (state) executive bodies, international branch executive bodies, executive bodies of the Federation Secretariat, the Federation Council Presidium, and the Federation Presidium.
2. Decision-making procedures
1). The decision-making procedures of the Federation follow the principles of democracy, fairness, and transparency.
a. Collective discussion: Members discuss topics collectively and fully express their opinions.
b. Voting: According to the constitution and rules and regulations, resolutions are proposed through online voting, and resolutions usually require 2/3 of the votes to pass.
c. Forming resolutions: Forming decision-making resolutions based on voting results, clarifying the content, executors, and execution time of the resolutions.
2) The Federation Council Presidium is the highest authority, responsible for reviewing and deciding major matters, and has the final right of interpretation and decision-making on matters not involving the general meeting of members.
3) Members summarize the work of the past year and the New Year's plan every year, and discuss the next five-year plan together at each five-year planning meeting.
4) Through discussion, consultation, voting, execution, supervision, feedback and other means, the scientificity and effectiveness of decision-making are achieved, and the transparency and credibility of the organization are enhanced.
5) Decision execution: Appoint executives to be responsible for decision execution, supervise the implementation of decisions, collect feedback, adjust and optimize decisions in a timely manner, and ensure the implementation of decisions.
6) Public results: The decision results are made public online so that all members can understand the content and implementation.
四.发展规划
1. 人类文明发展研究院
人类文明发展是实现世界和平的基础。人类文明发展研究院将以历史使命为己任，汇聚世界各国专家学者和一切爱好和平的人们，研究人类文明发展的核心理念和发展体系，探究人类文明的深层内涵，促进全球文明交流交融，为人类和谐发展贡献力量。
2. 世界粮农发展战略中心
主要战略:
围绕粮食和农业发展，为解决世界粮食短缺问题，发起全球扶贫行动，打破捐款捐物常态“输血式”扶贫模式，联合粮食和农业科技方、慈善家等推行一站式扶贫服务，建立有效扶贫机制，帮助贫困地区自主参与粮食开发生产，形成可持续的产业链，实现常态“输血式”援助模式向“造血式”扶贫模式转变，让贫困人口不再贫困、通过劳动脱贫。
3.世界和平新女性
女性是影响一个家庭和社会的主要成员，新时代的性别平等对世界和谐发展也具有重要作用。家是人类生存的空间和生活方式，家庭和睦是幸福的最高境界。家庭是社会的一员，国家是世界的一员。“家和则国兴”，促进世界和平，直接关系到每一个家庭和社会的发展。女性传承“和睦家庭”文化，是立家立国之本，是人类文明进步发展的重要内容，是世界和平稳定的基石。
4. 世界和平新媒体
新媒体是新型宣传的代名词,强大的舆论工具是一个时代的窗口。世界和平是每个人的愿望和责任，每个人都需要懂得如何共同行动、共同为正义发声。
新媒体包括社交媒体、新闻网站、论坛、博客、推特、网络直播等多种形式和平台。这些新媒体形式传播和平理念，帮助人们更好地理解和追求和平，促进不同文化和背景的人们之间的交流与合作，为推动世界和平发展作出重要贡献。
5.世界和平慈善基金
世界和平慈善基金会的资金来源主要依靠捐赠、赞助和资助，这些资金来源包括会员个人、企业、协会、团体、慈善基金等组织，并接受社会各界的资助和相关公益活动及项目的收入。

世界饮食文化学会以“食”文化推动人类文明进步，传承和发扬人类历史进程中形成的饮食文化，促进世界各国饮食行业相互交流学习，推动现代餐饮、食品品牌的形成，为人类生活健康作出积极贡献。
世界饮食文化学会的主要职能：世界优秀饮食文化发展项目、学术交流与研讨、世界饮食品牌推介、品尝与评鉴、全球发展指导、促进饮食产业人才交流与培养。
世界饮食文化协会的会员包括来自联合国及各个国家和地区的全球食品专家、世界食品工业企业家、大学教授、世界顶尖专家智库学者、食品行业投资者、高端美食爱好者等。 共同提升社会绩效。
9.世界和商贸易促进会
世界和平贸易促进会秉承“君子爱财，得其所”的宗旨，为合法商人搭建桥梁，促进经济贸易有序发展，让更多的企业和商人支持世界和平事业。
10、建设和平信仰圣地——“和平宫”
“和平宫”——和平包含着和谐、爱、宁静、安宁、美好；是开放、自信、自由、强大的，是让生活更美好、更温暖的家园。
“和平宫”是“和平信仰”的圣地，是和平信仰教育的基地，让世界和平成为人类明确的最终共同目标，成为实现世界和平的支柱。
人人有信仰，家庭就有保障，人类有信仰，世界就有希望。和平信仰是人类最重要的精神支柱，是实现世界和平的重要途径。弘扬“母爱精神”，倡导“和平信仰”，化解各种矛盾冲突，促进全球和平与理解。
IV. DEVELOPMENT PLAN
1. Human Civilization Development Research Institute
The development of human civilization is the foundation for achieving world peace. 2.World Food and Agriculture Development Strategies Center Main Strategy:

4. New Media for World Peace

New media includes social media, news websites, forums, blogs, Twitter, live webcasts, and other forms and platforms. 5. World Peace Charity Fund
The World Peace Charity Foundation mainly relies on donations, sponsorships, and grants from individual members, enterprises, associations, groups, charitable foundations, and other organizations grants from all walks of life, and income from related public welfare activities and projects.

6. World Peace Aid Center
Food is what people need most. The World Peace Aid Center aims to "take from the people and use it for the people". 9. World Peace and Trade Promotion Association

10. Build a holy place for peace and faith - "Peace Palace"

V. MAIN FUNCTIONS

七、经费来源及管理
1、本会为会员制组织，经费来源包括会员会费、个人捐款、企业
捐款、慈善基金、公开募捐、通过刊物、文件等方式获得的资金及其他合法收入。
2、本会实行财务公开，经费使用符合本会宗旨。
3、本会经费管理尊守国家和国际法律法规。
VII. FUNDING SOURCES AND MANAGEMENT

八. 会员资格
1. 热爱世界和平事业，自愿加入世界和平联合会。

3. 会员必须年满18周岁方可申请入会，申请者须提供国籍身份证复印件，并如实填写入会申请表。
4. 申请入会的协会或企业必须提供合法证明。
Vlll. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS
1. Love the cause of world peace and voluntarily join the World Peace Federation.
2. Members can be individuals, groups, or organizations, and support the purpose and goals of the association.
3. Members must be at least 18 years old to apply for membership. Applicants must provide a copy of their nationality ID card and fill out the membership application form truthfully.
4. Associations or enterprises applying for membership must provide legal proof.
九.会员权利
1.会员身份：会员享有本组织正式会员的身份认可，享受本组织的尊重和保障。

6.选举权和被选举权：会员可参与联合会的选举活动。
7.免费发表相关论文。
8.享受联合会平台提供的业务对接。
lX. MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS
1. Membership: Members enjoy the recognition of formal membership of the organization and enjoy the respect and protection of the organization.

7. Publish relevant papers for free.
8. Enjoy the business docking provided by the Federation platform.
十.会员资格的撤销和终止
1联合会有权终止不遵守法律法规以及损害联合会荣誉的会员资格。
2.终止会员资格的会员不得追回其之前的捐款和会费。
3.豁免通知:通过联合会官方网站www.unwpa.com公布
X. REVOCATION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Xl. LAWS AND REGULATIONS
1. Members shall abide by the laws and regulations of the country where they are located and shall be fully responsible for their illegal acts.
2. All members shall not seek personal interests on behalf of the Federation. Violators shall bear the economic and legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
3. The laws and regulations of the country where they are located must be observed. If they violate the laws and regulations, they will be held accountable according to the law.
十一.法律法规
1.会员应尊守所在国法律法规，并应对其违法行为负完全责任。
2.所有成员均不得代表联合会谋取个人利益。违反者应承担由此带来的经济和法律责任。
3.必须遵守所在国家法律法规，如有违反，将依法追究其责任。
Xl. LAWS AND REGULATIONS
